So far so good! Sometimes requesting a custom order can be difficult. Expressing thoughts and ideas across a messaging system such as email or text doesn’t always get interpreted properly. Benjamin was very helpful and made sure he understood what I was asking for as we worked through getting my wants incorporated into the product. The order is in, the proofs look great, and I’m looking forward to seeing the final product when it is delivered! Thank you.

I was working with a mat that is probably 35 years old that needed new inserts. The Mad Matter helped me through the process of picking out new inserts, removing and installing the new inserts, installing the pop rivets, and singeing the ends. It is a thing of beauty! Just wanted to take time out and let you know thatwe are thrilled with our new mat (45" x 88") thatwe have put in our kitchen. It fits perfectly and welove the edging on it -- it is thin enough where wedon't kick it up!!! The color was perfect, as well. Superb job!Deborah McBride
