I’m raging ordered cat litter 2 boxes of cat food deodrant and cat treats I got 1 box of cat meat delivered along with my box other 4 items missing he took a photo of the 1 box off good and the other persons box when it clearly is not near me then to be told I need to wait til it’s investigated coz he took a picture of what I received you can clearly see it’s a small box when mines would be a large box with cat litter in it they don’t care as long as there parcels are flung to any address it needs to be sorted
Order placed on 02/01/2026, received around 7:30 PM on 04/01/2026. The driver worked late and did not expect to complete his deliveries before 9:00 PM. My partner and I expressed our gratitude to the driver for his late hours. He was extremely polite and engaging. We wished him well for his dedication in the area.
Delivery vans are racing through our village, obstructing gates, and parking illegally on double yellow lines. Today, one blocked our gate while we were trying to cross the road for a delivery, which is unacceptable. I'm frustrated and just wish they would be more cautious—20 mph is the limit, not 30 or 40.
I used to think Amazon was the best and delivery have to say now they have become the worst. You’re not sure if you ever get delivery from them now it’s a 50-50. It’s a shame I think that just gone too big and Customer Service is not as good anymore such a shame.
It's best not to provide a safe place for delivery and to leave all options blank. By specifying a safe location, you may be taking on full responsibility if the parcel is stolen, with no recourse available. The seller should ensure the package reaches you, not the courier. I have a notice on my door stating that there is no safe place for parcel delivery, and I won't accept any responsibility for items left unattended. Unfortunately, the delivery services often fail to ring the doorbell or knock, leaving parcels in open areas. This issue has worsened since the pandemic began. If a parcel goes missing or is incorrectly delivered, you should contact the seller for a replacement; it’s their duty, not the courier's. There's no need to involve the police, as it's the seller's responsibility to address the situation.
Never ever specify a safe place for delivery... leave all entries blank. If you do specify a safe place you are accepting full responsibility for the parcel if it gets stolen. You have no comeback. It is the responsibility of the seller to get the parcel into your hands not the courier. I have a notice on the door saying "there is no safe place at this property to leave a parcel and no responsibility is accepted by the householder for any parcel abandoned at the property". Amazon cannot be bothered to knock the door or ring the bell and drop the parcel in the open porch and run away. Evri are just as bad. It all went down the pan when covid happened. If a parcel is stolen or mis delivered report it to the seller. It is down to them to replace it, not the courier. You do not need to report theft to police it is up to seller to do that because it was not delivered. Know your rights.
Not only did my door change color today thanks to the Amazon delivery driver...well the photo in the email says this green door is mine when mine is black.... but when I chatted with online customer service, the 'bot' said, 'Let me get this right, you are saying you ordered napkins and got a green door instead?' I think I am done ordering from them, frankly.
I have a safe place saved with Amazon for deliveries which is behind the wheelie bin. The delivery person didn't bother to read the instructions and left the package by my front door in full view . It's not the first time it happens. I sent feedback but Amazon didn't bother to reply . Awful service. Reckless delivery people.
Should have written this maybe a year ago. Amazon delivery drivers are the absolute worse. They literally dump your parcels at your front door and go. I came home to find 3 parcels soaking wet, bags ripped because nobody was home. I get the drivers might have delivery targets but that surely is not classed as a delivery. Also on one occasion I walked out of the kitchen to find a driver casually opening my front door and dropping my parcels on the floor, i told him not to open my front door he told me if you don’t want your door opening then lock it. I have children, if they had been home then we would have had a different conversation.
