I am shocked at how beautiful our canvas print turned out. I was hoping for a decent print of some fine art but I got something that rivaled the original. The packaging was excellent too! There was nothing that could’ve destroyed that box. I will definitely order from PrintRunner again.

I received my order today and it was very disappointing. My clients brand colors are maroon and cream the print appeared brown and grey. My files were converted properly to CMYK with color codes called out to ensure proper print but it was still messed up. In addition the print is unaligned and there is a white trim, i ensured the cream boarder bled pass the trim line but this still happened. Also many pieces of my order are scuffed and is lifting from the magnet. I reached out to customer service spent 30 minutes proving these issues to just get told someone will email me in about 2 days. No resolution, no guidance just a ticket put in. I have to say this is not Quality Printing, but Crappy Printing.
The new maple syrup labels look great, and arrived as promised. Working with one agent from printrunner was a very nice experience. Start to finish along with my changes to the 2 lables we ordered it was done with 1 very experienced person.
