The Customer Experience I’ve encountered so far, in my collaborative teamwork with Profit Point, me as a client, as their “student” in the financial education domain ( more precisely, in Trading & Investing on Capital Markets, but not only !) is excellent ! The quality of their services, trainers, amount of expertise & know-how is huge, in a positive sense ! They have a very well built business model, they implement a coherent & integrated approach to teaching, they ( as a whole , the Company itself!) optimize the Customer Journey of each student / client in real time with a tremendous variety of information provided & Omnichannel Presence & Communication ( all in real time !). They are open-minded, knowledgeable, kind & caring , always reaching out to their clients when necessary in order to meet their clients’ needs ! A simple constructive advice from me to them would be: to continue developing themselves & their strategies as times move ahead ! I mean ( more detailed ) to go about even more accurate & precise Fine Tuning so that each client benefits at a maximum level of their Experience with the Company, the Content, Knowledge & Know- How provided ! And to add a “cherry on top”, to deepen the part with practice ( practical examples & exercises ) for their clients. I had a really difficult period, I work a lot and were times when I wanted to not participate because I was filling tired, but then I thought that I will loose Albert's explanations and practical exercises and I always joined the course. The trainer was available and answered all our questions at any time. I learned a lot of new things.
