Denise got back to me quickly I've gone for free subscription. I got quickly into the jobs page and was a lot easier than any other site. They provide unique opportunities and support when asked. Look forward to working with them
They create castings using our company name, email, and event information without our permission. They continue to do this even though we repeatedly asked them to stop it. Project casting is a hopeless entity trying to stay in the business with unethical practices.
I was guided in the right direction by the detailed information I received from the most knowledgeable people in this business. They responded with promptness and encouragement. So I intend to start my journey with confidence and peace of mind! Thanks to the team.
I have been so pleased with experience casting after I made an account by mistake while scrolling through casting calls after I realised one of my friends found it which was quite embarrassing I desided to disable it but being logged out I was unable but then project casting swooped in and solved my problem with a 2min response time and a 3day wait these people are good and I would like to give a special thank you to Denise from project casting the operator who took time to disable it and reassure me thank you project casting! 🥰🥰🥰
In the ad on Instagram they tell you its $19.99 a month, and when you click on it to purchase, you are not charged $19.99, but $239.99. I emailed them that it was a mistake and they only wrote back that they do not give refunds. Then they AUTOCHARGED ME AGAIN $239.99 THE NEXT YEAR! I I wrote them/emailed their customer service over 10 times in both cases and they just come back with "we do not give refunds." They obviously don't make money getting actors work or they wouldn't be stealing people's money. I recently went to other review sites like Sitejab, BBB and TrustPilot, and found many other people saying the same thing about Project Casting. I'm guessing the good reviews you have are fake. I'm glad other people wrote about their nightmare experience with Project Casting - makes me realize I was trapped like they were. It wasn't my fault. They have every intention of ripping you off. My recommendation: DO NOT click on a Project Casting ad.
