Correction of review

I asked for both deliveries to be left in garden shed if I was out. Firstly I was in and secondly both parcels were left on doorstep in the rain.My apologies I was unaware of someone accepting on doorstep.

Failed Delivery Attempt

The driver reported that I was not at home, which is incorrect. I had booked the day off work specifically to receive this delivery and waited all morning, as the parcel was scheduled to arrive on 06/01.This is not the first time I have experienced this issue with DHL deliveries. It appears that drivers are not coming up to my flat, and as a result, I have repeatedly been marked as “not home” despite being present.Due to this ongoing problem, I was forced to travel to the depot myself to collect the item.

Love DHL's 2 hour delivery window and…

Love DHL's 2 hour delivery window and the text message where you can track where the van is and how far it is from your house. Brilliant. Also the delivery guy is always the same one and he's always polite and professional.

App helps you change delivery info at last minute which made life easy for delivery driver eg I’d said to deliver to reception but then realised info isn't on the door as i thought due to painting going in so in the app was able to switch it back to our flat door
