I paid an extra £10 for express home delivery and gave clear instructions that no signature was required and the parcel could be left at my front door. I was at home all day waiting, yet no delivery attempt was made.Instead, the parcel was taken to a nearby drop-off point without my consent, and I had to collect it myself. This completely defeats the purpose of paying for express home delivery.Very disappointing service and poor adherence to delivery instructions.
Absolutely rubbish , your delivery driver is totally incompetent and should be sacked immediately. He delivered 50 minutes before the allocated time start , to the wrong address, and obviously left my delivery without gaining a signature, which according to my email was required. I request that you pay me for a wasted day staying in for the delivery, and compensate me for the 2 phone calls I made to your customer service to get this sorted. I will be notifying my parts supplier to avoid dealing with DHL in future. And I will make sure all my business contacts realise what a totally incompetent company you are.
Delivery driver took my package to a collection point where I had to go to pick it up. DHL said I was not at home at the time they 'attempted delivery' which is simply not true. I was at home waiting for the delivery and it never came. If the driver was behind time and didn't want to come to my home then okay, but please don't tell lies.
My parcel was supposed to be delivered face to face with a signature taken when handed over. The parcel had some value. I had received 3 messages yesterday from DPD trying to persuade me to let the driver drop it off without a signature. I did not take up this option. I found the parcel on my doorstep in full view of the street outside. Luckily no one took it. Not good enough DPD. Signed for should mean signed for as the business selling to me had paid for.
Wasted a whole day waiting at home for a DHL Express delivery. No person to talk to on customer service number to help find out what was going on; just a pointless unhelpful automated message - annoying shambles. I was given a 2-hour window for delivery in the middle of the day which already mucked up my work and family arrangements for the day, but then no delivery arrived - it finally arrived a further 2-hours after that - no explanation or apology from driver - hardly any communication. Such a contrast to our brilliant DPD deliveries which have always been perfect, with a happy personable driver.
App helps you change delivery info at last minute which made life easy for delivery driver eg I’d said to deliver to reception but then realised info isn't on the door as i thought due to painting going in so in the app was able to switch it back to our flat door
