I appreciated being able to converse with an insurance provider who truly grasped my needs. They promptly called me back with a solution and facilitated an easy purchase over the phone, rather than through an online process. Additionally, the document portal appears to be thorough and user-friendly.
DHL is one of my favourite delivery services, they have the best tracking and customer care. The jumper and hat I ordered from Minga London is some of the best quality clothes I’ve ordered in the last year and even with the addition of the stickers and the CD look alike card the sent as a promotional thing for their brand!!
Good value car insurance policy. The enhanced courtesy car option was very confusing seeing as the quidco website said it was included (standard courtesy car). Confusing in the sense that I opted not to select that option and it seemed like courtesy car wasn't part of the deal. I'll check it more thoroughly after but that wasn't that important to me when selecting this policy with Toyota.
I opted for delivery to the service point to guarantee success. The delivery service indicated my parcel was out for delivery yesterday, but it was marked as a failed delivery because the point closed at 19:00. I live just behind the delivery point and can see they are open until 23:00. This feels like a false delivery, and I’m left uncertain about the status of my parcel.
