In the beginning, there was order. Packages moved from sender to recipient through observable processes, tracked by signatures and photographs, witnessed by human eyes. Then GLS Ireland exploded onto the scene, a Big Bang of logistical disorder that scattered accountability across an ever-expanding void of frustration.
My parcel emerged from this primordial chaos bearing a tracking number, that sacred barcode of supposed certainty. Yet GLS operates in a universe with inverted physics. Here, "delivered" means undelivered. "Signed for" means imaginary scribbles. "Attempted delivery" translates to driver phantoms pressing buttons in parallel dimensions where my doorbell never rang and my security camera captured only cosmic emptiness.
The customer service universe expands at alarming speed. Phone queues stretch toward infinity, each caller twenty-fifth in line, suspended in time dilation until the connection simply decoheres into silence. Emails accelerate away from senders at redshift velocities, never to reach resolution density. Depots occupy spacetime coordinates that exist on websites but collapse when observed directly, leaving customers shivering outside locked facilities like astronomers searching for dark matter that refuses interaction.
GLS has achieved heat death of logistics. No energy transfers between their system and customer satisfaction. No information escapes their event horizon of unaccountability. Drivers require no proof, depots need no staff, and hope dissipates like background radiation cooling toward absolute zero.
Until this universe contracts toward basic competence—photographic evidence, captured signatures, functional communication—I shall treat GLS as antimatter to reliable commerce. Approach their singularity at your own peril.

Yet again another package missing and…

Yet again another package missing and undelivered. Package ordered mid Jan and last update on GLS site says package left France 10days ago and no update since if package arrived in Ireland or not. These cowboys must be destroying businesses nationwide and international. I will avoid ordering stuff from any company who uses GLS for delivery because you’re guaranteed to have issues with delivery.

Kayaking in the mangroves

Very easy to communicate with the team over whatsapp to discuss the different options and book for the same day. I had an amazing time exploring the mangroves with Dhiraj. It was a very unique experience and I would definitely do it again. I also learnt about the history of the area and spotted some local birds including the white-bellied sea eagle!
