Very disappointing delivery experience.The courier was rude and uncooperative. Although I was not at home, I provided the access code to the building to facilitate delivery. Despite this, no effort was made to deliver the parcel properly, and no alternative solution was offered.As a result, I never received my book, even though I paid 15€ for delivery. Customer service has also been unresponsive after I filed a complaint.Unacceptable service. I do not recommend GLS.2401098372

After several failed attempts at claiming my cashback I was told cashback was no longer available and that spins would be issued instead. Utter nonsense the casino still advertises cashback on their site but their customer service team insists cashback is finished. Be aware of this false promotion. I am deeply disapointed with Velobet a casino that I trusted and used frequently only to be cheated out of my cashback and to be given low level free spins on games that I never play. A terrible end to a once trusted casino.
