I went with SVS Chapora Cruise and…

I went with SVS Chapora Cruise and Kayaking tour with three kids 7, 10, 10. We had a blast! During 3 hour tour we were birds watching, kayaking, swimming and just having fun. Organizers offered us delicious drinks, snacks and food - all included. All staff helpful and polite. At the end kids said that it was the best day of their lives.

Thiefs and Liars.

GLS was used to deliver a new phone to me over a month ago. It apparently took over a week to "deliver" from Dublin to Galway but it never actually arrived. According to their records the very same package was delivered on no less than three times, how is that actually possible? They said it was even signed for. When asked who signed for it they couldn't give a name. When asked what eircode it was "delivered" to, they gave a false code and when that was pointed out to them they hung up! Still no sign of my package and as far as they're concerned it's not their problem any more. Cowboys!!

Absolutely disgraceful company

Absolutely disgraceful company. They said parcel was delivered on the 12 of January which we never got. Contacted gls on the 27th of January and was told the delivery driver would ring us within 48 hours. No call from driver and was told tismoring that if he doesn’t contact you within 3 days there is nothing more they can do .. how are we letting companies like this away with absolute day light robbery. Avoid at all costs

Parcel still hasn’t been delivered

Parcel still hasn’t been delivered, 5 days late. Received an email saying it was when it hadn’t been. Rang their office and was told by someone who didn’t have a clue how to do their job that she doesn’t know where it is and that if I don’t get in within 3 days to contact the supplier. This order was placed on the 8th of January

Amazing customer service

Alex was our first port of call. He took on board what we wanted in the room and advised according to our requests. He was friendly, personable and that fact that we support the same football team led to a good conversation!On fitting day, we had a slight miscommunication, however the fitters were amazing!! From the moment they arrived, they were professional, polite and courteous. They fit the wardrobes in without any damage, were very careful when bringing in the materials and they cleaned up afterwards as well!! I will recommend them to other and will definitely reach out to them when I need new wardrobes in the other rooms.

I was at home but they didn't deliver saying I wasn't

I was at home, cooking breakfast for and with my family waiting for some kind of sign that my package was going to be delivered. The walls are thin, and we can tell when people are knocking on doors, walking about, or ringing a doorbell. I got an email apparently at 7:25AM starting the rough timeline for my package's arrival - between 7AM to 1PM. I go to check my phone AFTER eating for 20 minutes after 11AM to find out that THEY DID NOT DELIVER BECAUSE I 'WASN'T HOME'! There was no knock for attention, no sound of a doorbell, no car tires, no callout of a voice that announced that there was a delivery, just a hastily marked 'redelivery note' and an email saying that I didn't come to collect my package. The email I got saying I 'missed' them was around 11:06, so they probably arrived around 11:05/6, but NOT ONCE did they even try to make their existence known during the delivery.Ignore the location on the review, using a VPN; reviewing from the UK
