Imbecilic. DHL were ‘unable to access the address’ - the same address they have delivered to on over 100 occasions in the past. Maybe it’s just a cryptic way of saying ‘we’re useless %*+s’??

I selected the porch as the safe place

I selected the porch as the safe place. It was left at the back of the house by the garden gate which I had no idea about until I received this email. Yesterday the driver left it in the porch with the same instructions. Don’t know if it’s the same driver today.
