Wrong address

The delivery address was wrong. I was notified by an email by DHL and tried to contact the company and DHL. I cannot find a way to speak with anyone at DHL to correct the mistake. It was an expensive delivery.

Delivery updates never accurate, constantly told attempts were made but nobody ever shows up either they go to the complete wrong address or just don't bother.

It started with the driver being…

It started with the driver being involved in a traffic accident. I got a call informing me of the problem and that delivery would be delayed, no problem with that. I later got an email and a text saying they had tried to deliver but I was not in, untrue as I am house bound. I tried to make contact to clarify matters but your AI was very poor and in need of an upgrade. Then tried various options to speak to a human contact to get a clear clarification on my delivery with no luck. The value of my delivery was over £4000 so you can appreciate my concern. It did get delivered in the end.
