Excellent service

Excellent serviceThe driver couldn’t find my address, but he called me and delivered it straight away. He was very polite and helpful Other companies fail to do this and either take the parcel back or leave it at the wrong address.

I don't believe them

I was meant to receive a CD today. I waited in all day and then DHL Express said they had tried to deliver it, unsuccessfully. No-one rang my doorbell at any time today. I was invited to reschedule delivery and was delighted that I could still book for delivery today. Despite having paid a small fortune for signature required delivery, I said that they could leave it downstairs, just so I would get my CD today. I received confirmation of the new delivery arrangement, immediately followed by another message saying, "Delivery attempt could not be completed." I have no idea when or if it will arrive and I have no reason to believe that they visited my home today.
