Annoying and time consuming. Didn't even work from just my phone, so I had to continue on my PC. And then had to finish on my phone.
Also the kind of 3rd party which I find very untrustworthy. Now there's another possible data breach just waiting to happen.

I had no choice but to use this system because I need to work. Its the most intrusive process and very unclear as to what one needs to complete to satisfy the employer. At one point it led me down the path of asking for my bank username. My bank explained one should never give their username to anyone which sounds right! I think I found a way around this by giving access to HMRC Gateway which will give the employment record (which is what the employer wants) - but I'm not sure. The process was very daunting and felt like a violation of my privacy. It also feels very risky.
