Dont get warranty with AA at any cost dont scam took £2000 off me to join once i had a fault they just made excuses and put it down as wear and tear thats there loop hole to get out paying garage cost and left me paying £1000 to pay garage avoid at all cost fake and scam pointless getting warranty with them and wont refund my original payment to cancel with them
REFUSING TO CANCEL MY AGENT ACCOUNT. I'VE REQUESTED CANCELLATION NUMEROUS TIMES. They aren't worth S. On hold for 20 MINUTES+, numerous emails sent to SUPPORT, they even PHONE SCREEN. My advice to agents is to avoid this place at ALL COSTS, THEY JUST WANT 250/M FOR NOTHING. THE WEBSITE WAS SUBPAR AND BRIGHTFIRE WORKS WITH THEM.... ONLY WANTING MORE AND MORE MONEY BUT NOT HELPING THE BOOK TO GROW IN ANYWAY. ITS A SCAM. SCAMMING AGENTS AND CUSTOMERS. ALSO, IN CERTAIN STATES, THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE COVERAGE UNLESS THE PERSON IS "PRIME"... THERES NO CARRIERS FOR SUBPRIME, BUT YET YOU PAY A PREMIUM FOR THIS SUBPRIME SERVICE!!! STAY AWAY.
They Removed my last review as it had the customer service director's name on it. I found that really fun as they don't mind being registered director on companies house. All the information was found a public forum but they will do anything to remove a ligament bad review.I've had a very unpleasant conversation with one of your so-called 'customer service' reps who has zero idea of how customer service works! I think his name was Dan.I called in regards to my warranty claim which was denied due to the work being carried out, he told me that the claim will not be processed as the work was done before we notified you which is understandable but the way it was dealt with is not. I asked what the correct procedure was. Dan, if that's his name told me that before any claim is put in I would need to call you first and then provide evidence of the problem then get the garage to call to tell you the problem and then wait for the approval. I told Dan that I have a video of the problem and am more than happy to send it over his reply was well that's no good to us and there is nothing we can do in a rude and condescending tone. At this point, I expressed a dislike to his tone and that I will not be spoken to in that manner and told him I will be disconnecting the line. As someone who runs a customer service department, I do understand that not all customers are right and there are some people who just try their luck but at least try to get to the bottom of the problem, not just state that there's nothing you can do! that's not customer service that just a cop-out. I tracked my parcel which was due to be delivered yesterday and it said it was delivered but it NOT been delivered. I have looked everywhere and it’s not here. I’ve tried to contact GLS via webchat but I have not received a response and I need this delivery asap.

Followed all their processes after a fault occurred with my vehicle.Took my car to their approved garage and had a Turbo actuator fault diagnosed by the garages master technician.The AA requested that the part was to be taken off and sent on to them for further investigation.This was done and they decided that there was no fault and the part diagnosed as faulty by their approved garage was to be put back on my vehicle even though the garage has advised against this.No further support or advice has been offered and my car has been off the road for a month.I have full breakdown cover with the AA also and I’m now left with nowhere to go and no vehicle.I’ve complained to customer services but feel I have been conned.
