Review Time
Had a prepaid label, looked up local drop off points on gls website in my surrounding area. Took it to closest drop off point per the gls website, however I was advised they do not accept gls parcels. Surely not that much time to keep drop off points updated on website. Very frustrating!!!
We have been using the AA warranty for our business for a while now and we have no complaints. They go above and beyond to help our customers and always offer alternative routes if not. Our account manager Josh has been brilliant! Cannot recommended them enough. Keep up the good work guys!
I had a Good warranty the protect plus on my used car. I took my car to our local garage who diagnosed the fault -They Contacted the AA and logged the claim. A fast turnaround with accepting it and my car was fixed ..It was all paid by the AA and no quibbles !

The tracking system shows the parcel as delivered even though no one ever knocked at my door. Wasn't even contacted before the delivery in any way. I waited a week for an expensive package to arrive only for GLS to tell me it was delivered without even a single attempt to deliver it.

GLS were simply wonderful! Got my parcel delivered to work however, reception were closed therefore GLS customer support contacted me regarding this matter. It was so reassuring that I was informed parcel would be delivered the next day. Laura and Sarah from customer support kept me updated re the status of my parcel delivery and as soon as delivered I was notified. The speedy replies and communication from the support team was outstanding. Their support and kindness is very much appreciated. Thanks so much all at GLS!
Was very happy with a service , the courier called me to let know my delivery arrived I wasn't at home and I did ask to leave in on top of the mail boxes , I was very happy he called and did ask what to do ! So delicately 5 stars for the courier ( forgat to ask the name ) but it wS in Dunlin 7 area around 4pm
