Excellent service and communication

Excellent service and communication. Delivered the day they said and the driver used the drop off agreed as I had an appointment and was not home at the time.

Where is my Parcel!

Received an email saying my parcel was delivered but NEVER reached me. Checked the website and claimed that I signed the package NOT delivered to my address!

Even though the pickup took some time to happen John did a fantastic job and I would book it again. I hope the parcels will arrive safely at their intended destination.
