Waste of time and not worth the paper it is written on. I purchased this policy when buying my car, the leaflet has a lovely picture of a car with pointers coming off it saying Without a warranty you could expect to pay.... Automatic gearbox £8727 Clinder head gasket £1342 New engine £11,584 and so on . So a lady buying a car and being given this leaflet you think yes ill take that it will give me piece of mind. well don't bother, i've call them today as my mechanic who recovered me has said that my engine has seized. they have said that i need to have diagnostic carried out on the vehicle, which will cost £500 + but the great thing is they only cover to £1000 max, so basically complete false advertisement. What the leaflet should say is you pay £10584 and we will pay £1000 if you can prove that it comes under the list stated, that is if you can get anybody to do a diagnostic in the first place, i haven't found one garage yet that is willing to do this, but cant even consider this now that the warranty company have made it clear that i have a limit £1000. please dont get mislead but false advertisement like i did. This shouldn't be allowed.

Great customer service

We have been using GLS for quite a while now. We ran into some issues with a delivery for one specific customer but thankfully Rachel from the customer service team was able to push things along quickly for us. It's great to see a team that cares, responds quickly and doesn't act standoffish when an issue arises.

The GLS delivery driver I had went above and beyond to help bring my heavy delivery to my door even though he only had to drop it to the car park entrance. I don’t think I would have been able to carry it in on my own!

Such a bad service I haven’t seen in a long timeMy perishable items parcels are sitting in GLS Dublin depo since 29 December, still can’t get them and NOBODY answers the phoneOther business are operating from home and are taking calls..I am thinking on going legal with this.. my prepaid perishable items sitting in Your Dublin depot and my business in Ranelagh can’t get them deliveredOne hour later and Jennifer was able to track it down and reorganise a new delivery for tomorrow She was very efficient and the only one that made a real effort to solve this messThank you Jennifer

I love GLS as I’m never in but am able to send a Grant permission request to deliver to a place that suits me. It’s a great service and the driver I have met are so friendly and they always put my parcels where I want.
