Great Customer Service from Craig and excellent response by the driver to correct an initial delivery error! The fact that I was able to contact CS by phone was brilliant and not always the case these days!! The issue was sorted within an hour and much appreciated!! Keep up the good work GLS!
I find it disgusting that these people don't provide return post packaging or postage back to Ireland. It's going to cost me £18, registered posting, to return an item that cost £35. Charlatans. And it would be nice to know you're based over there - make it clearer and point of also or on your website.
I would absolutely recommend GSL to my friends etc, my delivery was on time as advised. I had a small complaint regarding my selected item & the replacement item was delivered early the next day. The courier was very obliging, helpful & courteous & helpful when accepting my return.Many Thanks,Ann Leahy.
Got an email to say my package was delivered but there is no sign of it. I even checked the bins outside after reading about other people's terrible experiences with GLS but there is nothing. The tracking site claims I signed for it which is a total lie. Absolutely appalling company!
We have been using GLS for over a year now. Kevin collects parcels 4 evenings a week from us. Only this morning we received a phone call from a very satisfied customer, order received yesterday at 15.30, collected by Kevin and delivered to her at 9 am this morning! Fantastic service!
We have been using GLS for our online business for the past year and are very happy with their prompt & reliable service. Our packages are collected by our local GLS courier, Colm, who is always very accomodating even at short notice. This allows our business to run smoothly as we can offer fast nationwide delivery. Their tracking function links to our online system, so orders can be tracked with ease. Our customers always comment on how quickly they receive their orders and for that reason, we will continue to use and recommend GLS Ireland.
Stay away!Bought a 2 years warranty with the AA on my vehicle.Had to change the rear shock absorbers which in my policy clearly says that parts changed in pair ( coil springs and shock absorbers-as part of high engineering practice). Been DECLINED as they said they don’t cover that because the shock absorbers are leaking. WHAT?! When it s the end of life of an shock absorber? When it break in parts? Tried to explain that when a shock absorber is leaking that means end of life and requires changed! Should i get them broken in parts for you to cover them? It s the last time i’m buying AA warranty on my cars.It clearly says that does not cover leaks or incorrect fuel ! (Leaks could be from anywhere. Engine,fuel tank and so on!) But when a shock absorber is actually damaged it will leak.Why do you mention that the shock absorbers are covered if this is not true? Spend £600 on this warranty to get declined on my rights.Of course,everytime the same answer ( wear and tear) Very unprofessional and a high standard in scamming people.Definitely last time using the AA!Stay away,there will always be an excuse for them trying not to cover faults!
