Worst delivery company I've ever dealt with.

This is the worst company. I ordered costumes for my kids for world book Day to be express delivered on a Monday, by midday Wednesday no sign of my parcel.. rang their office told the girl I needed my parcel for the following day.. she assured me I would have my parcel on the day. Nothing came and two very upset kids. I hope I never deal with this company again. One star is too generous.

GLS DELIVERED AND NOT A PARCEL TO BE SEEN

Something not right about this company people no getting there parcels I was waiting for car part from Netherlands I was checking the tracking never sed anything about delivery so I contacted the company that sent the package he checked sed it shows it was delivered on the 17 nothing delivery on the 17 called GLS gave reference number the guy sed it was delivered he sed the delivery guy put it in the blue bin what kind of a clown would put a parcel in a rubbish bin no text no note he sed call the company that I purchased they is an insurance they will send me another part or refund I hope they don't give me the run around I don't live far from there office i will give them 24 hours to sort it or I will be in there office

Delivered to wrong address

Hi my parcel was delivered to my neighbours house despite the fact the my address and postal code were both correct and clearly labeled, I say delivered it was actually left on her doorstep. The man never even knocked on her door. This is not the first time this has happened, could you please tell your driver the difference between 8 and 6

Goods that never show

i am waiting for delivery, when i phoned GLS i was told my delivery had been sent to Carlow Depot, as Dunlin dont cover my area Kildare, when i phoned GLS i was told that my delivery wes now back i Dublin as Carlow Depot as Carlow do not cover Kildare, this courier company are a disgrace and should not be in the business if thay cant deliver goods, i will NEVER HAVE THIS COMPANY AT MY HOME, A COMPLEAT JOKE, I NOW EXPECT I AM GOING TO HAVE TO CONTACT MY SUPPLIER TO ORGANISE A ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY OR REFUND FOR GOODS THAT I AM NOT GOING TO RECIEVE, GLS YOU SHOULD BE AWEAR THERE ARE MUCH BETTER COMPANYS LIKE, DPD, FASTWAY, AS FOR YOU , NOTHING BUT A JOKE, INCOMPANANT.

MISSING PACKAGE

GLS driver buzzed my bell today to deliver my order, once I arrived less than few minutes later, my order was no where to be seen. I contacted customer service who called him and he came back to my apartment, only to claim that my package might have been stolen which didn’t add up. Funny thing was that on email confirmation of delivery, he said my order was delivered at 2.07 pm when he rang my bell at 1.27pm. I find it suspicious because my apartment is in a secured space and closed off to anyone. People leave items in the mail box for as long as possible and it is safe. The delivery driver said the same thing had happened in the another apartment complex which made me curious why he didn’t wait for me to take the item from him if he knew something similar had happen earlier? I have also informed the brand as this is poor service. I find it very suspicious. And after reading the reviews, it’s likely that packages are being taken by the drivers.
