NEVER buy AA Warranty for second hand…

NEVER buy AA Warranty for second hand cars, they are massively dodgy. I bought a car in Cargiant, they offered me a 3 years warranty cover for parts and labour, I paid £800 pounds for that. My car broke down, then I called AA for advice, they advised me to take to their authorised garage, then I did. The garage which AA RECOMMENDED didn’t informed AA the result of the diagnosis then they fixed the car without my authorisation, now AA says as they were not informed by their own damn garage they wont cover for the repair so, I will have to pay for this (£600). Do you think I have to manage the communication between AA and the garage? AA always finds a way to swerve theirselves from paying out a claim, DONT BUY THIS RUBBISH!!!!!!

Very poor should be another section of…

Very poor should be another section of this service,I have purchased a car from a car dealer with AA checks prior to purchase, and AA cover there afterwards for 12 months cover at a extra cost ,for peace of mind.My car was then recalled for a manufacture problem that may affect the cars performance and safety within the 2 months of purchase .The main dealer alerted me to another problem by there own diagnostic checks, but when I ask to fix this problem through the warranty I find out that I am given a list of there service suppliers to ring for the same diagnostic checks. Why ? Surely the main dealers know better.I have the report in detail.

I think one star is too much

I think one star is too much. My vehicle is experiencing a rear coil spring fault and is waiting the autherization from AA warranty. I try to contact the claim department many times, but no people answer me. Please avoid this warranty, i think it is wasting your time.
