First, I want to say hi and advise against purchasing this product! The reasons for the one star include having to pay for fast downloads; otherwise, the speed is only 300 Kb/s, which is quite slow. For nearly every monthly update, an additional fee is required to download the entire library again. Alternatively, you could spend 100 to 200 minutes re-downloading the data. I believe this is unfair and a scam. One star is completely justified!

Been supporting and using Promods for nearly 6 years now, and so far, not a lot of complaints. Installation has always been fairly straight forward as long as you follow their instructions for installation. And even if you'd encounter any issues, it seems like now most of them can be solved on their forums. There are some minor fixes that still have to be made here and there, but the team has had a pretty good reputation in quickly taking care of these for the next update. Overall, quite happy with what they offer, and definitely the go-to map mod for its reliability, quality and strong support.
Everybody is complaining about the fact that you have to pay 1 dollar to get to download the latest update easily. Well okay. But what you don't understand is the amount of time and effort these people put into the project. This is a very minor way to pay them back for what they do, so I wouldn't complain. They've been doing it since ETS2 came out and they deserve to receive some money for there work, otherwise they wouldn't exist anymore and the quality of the mod wouldn't be so great. So instead of complaining, see it from another perspective.You guys should be glad there's a free option!If I ever play ETS2 again and I want ProMods, I won't hesitate to support these people. As a European it's less than 1 euro for me, so why would I care?
