Absolutely SCAMMERS BEWAREI came across their advert whlist watching some videos on YT and decided to contact them. The first red flag I notice was that he kept talking about him self how was working in Holland and Barrett sounded like some sob story. Next was that fact they didn’t have a LEGITIMATE website no awards no homes no real life people it was just people on Facebook giving him reviews I have fowarded these people to the FCA! Honestly anyone who falls for this i do feel deeply sorry for you! Luckily I didn’t give any of my money and when I did say I will take a few days to considerd he abruptly ended the call!
Total scam. These type videos are viral. They earn money from clicks and scamming others. Some even have fake webinars. Fake people making stupid comments like...."This sounds like a good deal" "I need this in my life" all a scam would not be surprised if they were from India. Be careful guys.
I keep on hearing the voice of the owner of this company currently advertising for his next bunch of victims. They try to persuade you that they have a different way of owning property without owning them. They operate like a bunch of amateurs without even onboarding people properly. When I was with them I asked for my money back as they were so cocky to say anyone can get their money back if they requested. Well I did and they tried to offer half, with the excuse that I had to have completed more than half the course activities, how can that be done if you've only just started. It was weired. Then they referred to T&C which I wasn't shown at the beginning before or at the point of taking money, infact that is all they are interested in, is the money their teaching or lessons don't help you to understand. I just wanted him to get to the point but we never got there. Knowing the law is good with these cowboy companies, pointing out to them where they went wrong was enough for them to refund all my money. I just hope they have learnt and follow PROPER procedures.
