I'm at a loss for words. This is the worst service I've ever experienced. They failed to collect my items after scheduling, and there was no communication at all, which has disrupted my financial plans. I attempted to call, but no one answered, not even the main office.

I was informed via email and messaging two weeks ago that my new delivery would take 1–3 days. Two weeks later, still nothing. An agent called me this morning to confirm my address and promised delivery today. Now, I get a notification saying the delivery cannot be fulfilled. This is the worst courier experience I've ever had. Zero accountability, zero reliability. They need to improve.
This has been the worst experience I've had with a courier service. They show no respect for your time. A parcel that was supposed to arrive a week ago has yet to show up, and every time I call, they provide a new delivery date that they fail to meet. Their customer service is equally terrible, with frequent dropped calls regardless of how polite you are.
They simply do not deliver. I received a message in the morning and waited the entire day, but nothing appeared on the tracking map. Later in the evening, I got another message saying nobody was at the address. I’ve been here the whole time. I tried to reach them multiple times, but there was no response. This business is incredibly disappointing.
This is the worst courier service imaginable. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, they still can't assist you. The last representative promised to call back with updates, but that never happened. It's been a week since the driver picked up my parcel, and every time I ask for delivery, it doesn’t happen. I'm still waiting...
