Fantastic mortgage broker. I needed a second charge mortgage to consolidate some credit card debts that has spiralled over the years . My existing mortgage lender had turned down my application for additional borrowing to my consolidate debts - due to my high credit card utilisation (make sense of that?!?). Propp were great. I received the right advice. And I had my loan within a few weeks. Credit cards all paid off now and I can relax again. I wish I’d not waited so long to find an alternative second charge lender.
