From my initial contact with the Consultant at PROPP and throughout the whole process, the support and calm guidance I have received has been brilliant. Each step has been explained clearly and my queries have been responded to and dealt with really quickly. I have never had to chase things up and have been provided with regular updates and check-ins which have been really positive and reassuring. I would like to say that this is the worst company I’ve seen. They have ridiculously terrible customer service. I was referred to this company by L&C mortgages who i have used for residential mortgages. I first called the company to speak to an advisor where I did and I was told that I would receive an email with further instructions and documents required. I did not receive the email and after two days I called back and I was told I would get the email sent out in 24 hours. I spoke to the same advisor who told me there was an error and he would send it. After 48 hours I received an email and within two hours I responded with all the documents. Since then I have sent two emails which I’ve had no response and I’ve also tried calling two times and no one has picked up the phone. I would not recommend anyone to work with these people as they have terrible customer serviceLast follow email I sent with no response was 27th AugI also did a separate enquiry from the website where I received an email from someone else who also never responded.
Dealing with Connor during the whole process was brilliant. Made things easy to understand and was there at anytime to give explanation on any questions I had. On what I thought would be a stressful process was made smooth and easy with things being dealt with within a couple of weeks, thanks to Connor for the work and communication.
