It is the first time i purchased from Proshop.at, i am satisfied with the service i received and the raare product. I have been waiting to buy the RTX 5090 Founders Edition for months and now i have it (at MSRP).Well done Proshop keep bringing good quality products to customers. Note: my box was hit during shipment on one corner, pierced two layers of boxes, but no damage internally.
I haven’t received my package. According to the tracking system, it was returned to the sender on May 7, and it’s now May 13. I haven’t received a refund, and I’m still waiting for a response from the support team, whom I contacted on May 7. Very disappointing!
DPD was responsible for package delivery and I didn't like it at all... Firstly, they didn't bother delivering it in person but they just left it on the pickup location with a justification that I wasn't there. Secondly, the packaging was awful. They only used simple carton box and put the CPU processor on top of the motherboard in the box which caused a damage to the processor box and plastic mold inside it got broken because of the pressure applied to the top of the package. This is definitely not acceptable for transportation of such delicate electronics parts.
