Decent store, but support is very slow during critical RMA.

I've been a customer for years and generally had positive experiences. Even during the recent sale, my products arrived in perfect condition. However, I'm currently facing delays with their support regarding a broken monitor. I've followed all instructions and sent the necessary details, but responses have been slow, often just one per day. With Black Friday deals ending, I'm anxious about whether I'll receive a replacement or refund in time. I appreciate the busy period but would like quicker updates. I'm sharing this in hopes it might accelerate the process as time is running out.
