Customer service is lacking. I haven’t received a receipt in over a month. Products listed as available on the website turned out to be on backorder after I waited over a week. I ordered two webcams but received an access point instead, with no apology. They just said they would send the webcams and included a return slip for the access point. For items ordered in error, I have to cover my own return shipping. Unfortunately, this platform is our only option.
