Review Time
I purchased a heat press from them. The machine did not hold temperature. I contacted them and showed them the video I took. They sold me the part to fix it. I had someone install the part and the machine still didn't work. When I started the heat press the temperature would not rise, it only went to 32 degrees. When, I shut the machine it went up to 132 degrees. I made a video and sent it to the company. No reply. I have sent 3 emails and 1 WhatsApp message to them about this. No reply. Horrible customer service I may say.
Trying to get help with how to level the top platen that is no longer touching the bottom one. Customer service is horrible - asking for a video or photo but refusing to say what they are looking for so I can send. I actually know what the issue is just not how to fix.
