I have to say I have had a really great experience dealing with this company. I ordered two t-shirts, based on an initial order of a t-shirt I was very happy with. Unfortunately, the courier delivered them to the wrong address and I contacted Pupiloves to inform them. They replied within 20 mins and the Customer Service between then and now was exemplary. I received a replacement order very promptly and Pupiloves were in contact with me the whole time. I didn’t feel like I was being a bother at all. They were so lovely. The T-shirts were of an excellent quality again so I am so pleased. I will DEFINITELY buy from this company again and highly recommend that everyone give them a try! 20/10!
I ordered a t-shirt. There were a lot of issues with the delivery, at the end the order must have been cancelled because it was not possible to deliver it at all. I got my money back.During this time there was an EXCELLENT communication with the Support team. I have never experienced such a GREAT professional support!!!I ordered the t-shirt again and now it was delivered very quickly without any issues. And I have to say that I'm very pleased with the quality - both the material and the print!Thank you guys!
I got a great tee-shirt from Pupiloves last week. I loved the design and thought it was worth paying a little more for top quality. I was not disappointed. It’s well made and I can tell it will stand the test of time.Very happy to recommend this company and will be using them again in future.
I love my T-shirt from Pupiloves and had a hard time choosing one as there were so many cool T's. I give 5 stars to the customer service team as I had an issue which they kindly and promptly dealt with.Great T-shirts, great customer service!
