Puppy Pad potty pads are life-changing! I have about 15 pads so that I’m never without fresh ones. They save both my puppy and me from having to endure the elements and critters. I keep one in the bedroom one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen, so she always has one convenient and ready to use, and she does.
my puppy got use to pads right away no problems with poop and 80% pee really easy to train puppy would recommend to all puppy owners where was this when I had my other dogs the disposable ones never worked
I have a 15 year old Shih Tzu that is pad trained. I also have two six month old puppies that I am trying to also pad train. All three seem to have taken to using this pad more often than not. I will probably be purchasing more soon because I change them out as soon as they are soiled. Overall, I am happy with this product.
I have ordered several puppy pads from Puppy Pads. The pads are terrific. Perfectly sized and my pups use them. I recently ordered one of the more colorful pads which I like as you can get tired of all that white. The company’s customer support is first rate and their deliveries are very quick. A high five all around!

I have tried over and over but neither of my 2 dogs will use the puppy pads. I have been trying to email the company to return them. I cannot find a legitimate email address. I have paid $149 only to be SCAMMED by this company. Please BEWARE before purchasing from them. How can you believe their “wonderful” reviews when they don’t even give you a way to contact them to return the pads if you find they don’t work for you?
I had to write the date of my experience below. I do not remember the exact date. I was so frustrated trying to contact them that I stopped for a while. But every time I look at those pads sitting in my laundry room, I get more angry. I am trying one last time to get help.
Fast shipping and a fair price. We have 3 dachshunds ranging in ages 4, 7 and 10. They are usually pretty good at doing their business outside but there are times when we are away from the house a little longer than anticipated, and they can't hold it any longer. The puppy pads are fixing that problem. Thanks
Dallas and Scott were great. They called to let us know about when they would be here. When they came, they brought Dolly to the door and gave her to us along with the paperwork and a bag of food. All in all, a great experience.
I absolutely love the pads and the laundry soap sheets are good also. I had a question about a reorder and they bent over backwards to help. In this age of vendors never responding they are an exception, it's like a breath of fresh air !
