Great products, this is my second time purchasing for my pups and I recommend them to friends as well. With that being said, I am in the middle of returning one of the items I bought since I think my dog might be more comfortable in a bigger size and the return process has been a complete hassle. It’s been days between responses. The product was not used, just tried on and still has the tag and I’ve been waiting to hear back on how to send it back to them.
ThinkPet carries a well known, excellent brand I have used for years (SuperDesign). They offered a scarce size, which I purchased. The color requested was unavailable so ThinkPet contacted me with multiple options prior to shipping. Communication was accurate and timely. Quality excellent. In transit shipping information system a little weak, but, merchandise arrived quickly (7-10) days, using "free" option. I would buy from them again.
