I ordered 6KG of the Single Estate Colombian, their most expensive bean.. The beans were delivered on time but the packaging for the beans delivered does not state what it is anywhere on the packaging. It could be their cheapest blend of beans for all I know so I will not be ordering again.

Non-existent customer service

Coffee arrived late, and wasn't as advertised. They then didn't respond to emails. Awful customer service. I have no problem with a simple error on product description but to then ghost a new customer is unforgivable. My advice is, read the other reviews and decide for yourself if you want to deal with this company.

Always a good experience

I have ordered from this company a few times now and delivery is always fast. Items are well packaged. So I always consider them when looking to reorder my regular tea and Monin syrups.
