I have received my replacement ASAP from the company. Really thanks and I'll recommend all people to buy from this company because I found them they are a good people and especially the customer service.
Faulty item received. Contacted the retailer via email. Was asked to return the item and pay for the postage, then request a refund by emailing the receipt over to them. The customer should not have to pay for postage for returning a faulty item and claim it back after. Inconvenient process.
I don't recommend anyone to buy from this company because they cheated me. I received faulty vape when I told them they just like playing with me and I asked them to send me the replacement but again they didn't respond to me until now.
