Jayden was very friendly and encouraging, but very professional too. We had a chat by phone last week after Jayden picked up my CV from Indeed. We went through everything that I was looking for within my next position. Jayden came back to me later that day with a position that he felt matched my criteria. We went through all the details together and I agreed to my CV being sent forward to the potential employer. Within a couple of days I had an interview.
