Purchased a new washing machine with another Beko product. Never had an issues with the brand over the years. All our kitchen equipment is Beko. One thing, the time remaining displayed on the machine is always way out!

I am so pleased with this washing machine, the drum is spacious and the settings are all adjustable which is a really useful feature.
The washer is so quiet, the design is sleek and the digital display is really simple to use.

I would recommend this machine over and over!

I must admit I do like Beko goods they do tend to last a while and even if they don’t they are a good price. The only thing I would say is for the gas free standing cookers put the ignition switch on the left as you look at the cooker it’s very difficult to use when it’s on the right!! I don’t know what it is maybe it’s because I have arthritis and I’m predominantly right handed!!

In June 2023, an unexpected event occurred when my parents' original Samsung fridge, which had faithfully served us for 24 years, finally gave out. The loss was significant, not only due to the emotional attachment but also because of the food waste it caused, prompting a period of mourning. This led me to search for a replacement, and after extensive research, I settled on the BEKO Pro HarvestFresh CFP3691VW 50/50 from Currys, ordering it for £459.00 to accommodate my young family. However, just two years later, the fridge lost power, and despite my reluctance to purchase extended warranties, I found myself paying for a technician to replace the main circuit board, which still hasn't fully resolved the issue. Recently, the fridge door, which holds our sauces, broke off due to minimal support from the plastic and foam inside. Given these experiences, I cannot recommend the Beko fridge/freezer for those seeking durability. With limited financial resources and the responsibility of caring for a baby and toddler, I now face the difficult decision of exploring new options, potentially incurring debt just to ensure we have adequate food storage. Unfortunately, Beko has not met my expectations.

Our Beko is 29 days old & in our opinion very nearly created a fire. The drum was completely filled with smoke & the intense smell of burning plastic lasted for hours in our house! Our clothes were ruined as the smell has never washed out.
As well as that, the clothes come out wet so always have to go on a spin & drain now matter what. The control panel is absolutely useless & doesn’t work half the time, meaning you have to stand there for a good couple of minutes before it recognises your touching the on button!!

So disappointing & Beko have said this washing machine is safe & it’s only the seal rubbing!!

I bought a Beko BCFD450 integrated frost-free fridge freezer through AO.
I moved into my property and did a food order with £300 worth of frozen meat, fruit and veg. I went out the next morning and the freezer was sat at 0 degrees, and continued to fluctuate between that and -5 degrees from then onwards, meaning all of the food was spoiled.
AO did assist well and organised a replacement fridge freezer and gave me £100 compensation towards the wasted food, but when they spoke to Beko, they literally said, “no way will we give compensation”, even though it was proven that it was their brand new, faulty fridge freezer.
AO sent out a like-for-like replacement and I left it for a few days, checked the temperature, and when I felt confident, I ordered £250 worth of food. Everything seemed fine and then, lo and behold, the exact same thing happened.
Again, AO were great, but Beko decided they would only send an engineer out for a two-day-old fridge freezer, and again, an absolute no to any form of accountability or compensation. I stated that would not be happening and that I wanted a full refund for the fridge freezer, as I could not trust their appliances and would never be dealing with their company again, and that was finally agreed.
Absolutely disgusting company who couldn’t care less about their customers and are happy to leave someone £450 out of pocket and foodless. Never again.

Brand new machine, 6 weeks old develops a fault. They leave us 3 weeks and still no parts in stock. Absolutely horrendous service and standards.

Beaware they use Hotpoint for repairs who as everyone knows don't have the best reputation.

So a disabled family of 4 with 2 dogs has NO WASHING MACHINE for 3 weeks now and no sign of repair.

WHY NOT REPLACE ? The fact it's only a mere 6 weeks old is enough evidence the fault was from the factory.

Functions well, but too many settings for my taste.

Functions well, but I find the number of settings overwhelming. My previous dryer was much simpler to operate—just turn it on, select the heat level, and start. This one stops before the clothes are fully dry, requiring me to set it again, unless I'm using it incorrectly.
