Their app is also the best I’ve used, clean, intuitive, and reliable for easy viewing of scanned mail, forwarding parcels, and shredding. I tried several alternatives and was repeatedly disappointed. I called you today to set up the service, and everything was explained to me over the phone. I was told that you accept packages of any size, which made me happy, so I prepared everything, paid for a full year in advance, and activated my subscription. Right after that, I went to a notary, got my Form 1583 notarized, attached my documents, and sent everything to you. Twenty minutes later, I still hadn’t received any response, so I called you again. No one answered. Then I messaged you several times and even left a voicemail. I couldn’t reach anyone, so I started using the service I already paid for. I sent a large amount of merchandise that is supposed to arrive in the next few days to this mailbox. And then, at the end of the day, a woman finally calls me and tells me that my documents will be “under review for 3 days.” Seriously? Now I’m supposed to sit outside your office all weekend and basically provide the mail‑receiving service myself, while you already took my money and didn’t deliver the service? I hate PostScanMail — this is the worst experience ever.
