Disgusted...

Been trying to get the flashlink software to download onto the module.. noone will answer the phone. Noone answers the threads for a troubleshoot ticket. Extremely frustrated. Had a scheduled call for 4:30.... noone called. Not a good business if you have issues with ur installation... its been three days so far... noone will answer any questions.
