I was given a photo showing damage to my phone, claiming the cover was lifted. However, I sent it in nearly perfect condition. The company insisted the cover was raised, which was false, and they are now attempting to charge me £150 for this 'damage'. I am still contesting this issue.
I had a very concerning and disappointing experience. The company demanded £75 for a so-called minor scratch on a phone I traded in. I strongly contest this. My phone didn’t have a sticker on the back, leading me to believe the device they assessed wasn’t even mine. The demand for payment felt like extortion, as I was pressured to pay to avoid my new phone being remotely disabled. Due to this experience, I will never use this service again and strongly advise anyone considering a trade-in with this company to think twice.

I would use the service again without hesitation.
