My 1st order they realized the were short one of the products I ordered . They let me know right away and offered a credit or to tag it on to my next order, which they did automatically, I didn't have to request it. 1st time payed with PayPal second time Alibaba pay, which was easier, she sent me a payment link. Product arrived within 2 weeks , very well packaged, discreetly . Research subject alive and thriving!

First they charged me for something they didn't have and then didn't send my complete order and then tried to get me to order something else in order to get what I had originally ordered. When I queried them the rep had very little idea what was happening. When I requested a refund they never provided one and even after chasing them up, the rep stop responding to me and is now ghosting me. I'm now out of pocket.Stay away from this company as they will take your money, not fulfill your order and then ghost you when you try to follow up.
