A fantastic find

A fantastic find! I was struggling to find a specific hepatic dog food and Quattro Zampe has it and the price is very competitive. Shipping has been very prompt. I am now a repeat monthly customer, very happy indeed! 🥰

The food I needed wasn’t available in local stores, so I ordered from QuattroZampeShop. Everything was fine - it arrived on time, well packed, and the price was the same as everywhere else, with no extra charges.

It was both a positive and a negative experience.Of the two ordered, one got lost.But, Quattrozampe company has shown great interest in this case, and from this I must conclude that they are not to blame for this case, but that it was all caused by negligence of the courier or shipping company.Here are some details:I placed an order for two items, but one item was missing from delivery. Even though it was Sunday, customer support responded to me and they soon provided me with the oportunity to retrieve the missing item.This is the first time I have ordered on this website. Unfortunately, there were problems with the delivery that I described above! And also disapointment in the packaging of productsHowever, fortunately, products were not damaged!But in general, I can say that this company has its positive aspects. Products with a very competitive price on offer. Delivery with "pick-up point" option . It's a pity that there were no pick-up points near my address, so I had to pay for full delivery by courier. Which, as I have already written, led to some problems.
