I have been with animal tracker for7 1/2 years l have just moved down to Devon l could not remember my password or the email I had used 7 years ago l phoned them gave my old address etc and in a few minutes they updated all my details
Outstanding service! I have all three of my pets covered by this provider, and I feel completely assured in their support if my pets were to go missing! I'm not very tech-savvy, and for 2 out of 3 pets, I've needed to contact the support team, who resolved the issues within hours after my after-hours call! They even went the extra mile to email me my certificate, saving me from logging back in to download it! Excellent support, and I never hesitate to reach out if I need assistance!
