I received my ants within 4 days of being shipped, and not a single ant seemed to be dead or injured. I really appreciated how they wrapped the ants in a heating foil so they wouldn't suffer within England's cold climate.The only thing I would suggest, would be to pre drill the containers in which the ants are stored and then plug it up. I struggled to get the colony into the outworld as there was no way to transfer the colony without opening the entire lid. But this is not related to the service or to the quality of the ants, which where again excellent !
I bought a very healthy colony from Peter's shop. Peter is very nice and take care of his colonies and is very careful for shipping. No problem for my shipping to France !It's my 2nd colony from Peter. The first was 10 years ago and everything was perfect too.

Communication throughout the entire process ( description of the colonies, shipping times and caveats, payment and finally follow up with actual colony shipment) was superb, and helpful. Both colonies arrived in 6 days, with minimal losses. This seller is responsible, communicative and cares about the hobby, the colonies as well as the buyer. While I was initially wary given the potentially long shipment times and specific payment form, the seller is legitimate and helpful. A great experience overall.
This seller is amazing! The shipping process was easy and very fast. This seller takes immense care with their packaging- three layers of foam, news paper, and bubble wrap! The colony arrived with almost no deaths and is currently doing well.
