Review Time
Initially, they instantly replied with a quote and everything looked good. The "vehicle tracking" they are so proud of never worked. I would email the company and they never addressed the tracking issue but would give me a new estimated delivery date which would pass without any communication from the company. With my vehicle nowhere in sight three weeks after the initial delivery date they stopped answering my emails. phone calls went to voicemail and were never answered. Just as I was about to report my vehicle stolen, I received a phone call from a local shipper who had found my phone number in the vehicle. It had been abandoned along with other vehicles by Quick Cars, weeks before. They had no paperwork (or money) from Quick Cars and their phone calls to them were also not being returned. I had to pay this company to receive my vehicle. Luckily, I had paid Quick Cars with my American Express card and they refunded my money and were going to chase them. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any company and would highly recommend that you DO NOT use them. They don't deserve the one star that I had to give to submit this review.
If I could give less than one star, I would do not trust these people they are scammers no matter what any positive reviews might say. I reached out for shipping quotes on shipping a car from North Carolina to California. They contacted me with a deal that I knew it was too good to be true but figured since I was paying with a credit card and they were sending an invoice it was legitimate. They said someone could ship my vehicles today if I went ahead and paid the deposit so I did once I paid the deposit, I got no receipt and no one would answer my calls after they have been texting continuously for the past day and a half.
This company commits fraud. Be aware - they stole $1900.00 from me and I come with receipts - proof of every point I make in this review. I handed my car over to Quick Cars Moving in Delta BC on November 4th. I paid half of the total fee, ($979.12), which is required. The other half is to be paid at pickup. I paid the fee via the link in their website (the Stripe app - similar to PayPal, its a cash app). The following day, I was sent an email stating my "card payment" didnt go through. I responded, saying I paid via Stripe. The "customer service" person, Laura, stated that if I wanted my car to go on the next rail they'd need payment and she suggested using Interact. I asked her to delete the Stripe payment and I paid the second half via Interact transfer, which was immediately accepted. I noticed when the payment went through, the email address that showed up was a ersonal Gmail address. This is when I be ame concerned. My car was not put on a rail for weeks. I was put off and gaslit by Lauren, who insisted the car was on the way, even though I can see where my car is located. My car finally arrived in Scarborough ON on November 27. I could see it had been moved to a parking lot, but Lauren continued to put me off. I phoned multiple times and left voicemail- no answer.I insisted I be allowed to retrieve my car and after threatening a lawsuit and to involve the police, she gave me the address of where I can pick it up. On Dec 11, she then told me the car was not ready because of an issue with the payment system. She told me I could make the payment again and that they would return my money the following day. Needles to say, I did not pay them and went directly to the location in Scarborough. The woman in the office said that she wasnt able to release my vehicle because it was on hold because Quick Cars Moving hadn't paid the rail service a penny of the $1900.00 cash I sent to them. She immediately said "Sorry to say this, but they're scammers". They do this all the time.In the end, I had to pay the entire $1900.00 again in order to pick up my car. I am working with the Toronto Police Dept. to file a report. I looked on national and provincial business registries but did not find proof of the business being registered. This has caused me great financial hardship and I cant warn enough to stay clear of this company.

I used Quick Cars Moving to move my car from Toronto to Vancouver. They gave an estimated date to be 2 weeks after the drop off date. The delivery was delayed and I ended up getting the car a month after the drop off. During the process they never picked up their phone and gave minimal updates by email. The car was delivered but there were damages to the car and again they don't respond or pick up their phones. I've been waiting for another month now but my emails have been ignored.
In August 2025, I paid for my vehicle to be transported from Alberta to Sudbury. They promised it would leave on Tuesday12th August and take 4-7 days. At 12 noon same day i wrote asking them to let me know if they have picked the vehicle, they simply said "will update you". 3hours later the vehicle had not been picked. I called them 4 times, didnt pick the call. They do not pick their calls. They stopped responding to my emails. Just went quiet. How do you expect clients to trust you when you don't pick up calls or respond to their messages inquiring about vehicles THEY HAVE PAID FOR, to get transported. For stonewalling and going mute AFTER PAYMENT, I would give them ZERO. Absolutely TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO amount of apologies would suffice at this point. Save your money and use slightly more expensive but reliable transporters. After calling them out on their stonewalling (they do not pick calls) on trustpilot, the first thing they did was ask this platform to label my comment as "defamatory", luckily, trust pilot reviewed my comment and let it stand. (Thank you trustpilot), they then sent me an email saying I was not not "the first “Karen” we’ve dealt with, and certainly won’t be the last". Imagine this is a transport company, calling a client "Karen" for demanding to know why they do not pick up phone calls and where their vehicle is. Note how they do not address why they dont pick client calls, they completely ignore that.! If you value your money and are looking for accountability stay away from this company. A similar horror story of lack of communication and delayed transportation has been noted on April 27th under the name Harpreet Singh. If they cannot get trustpilot to remove customer complaint under defamation, they will issue a revisionist answer as they have done below, trying to sound "calm and professional" but on email they call you Karen and a difficult client. They have already refunded me my money and cancelled my order yet in their response below, they ask me if I would want my money refunded. (revisionist, face saving). They talk about "pressuring customer for payment" as though that was my complaint. I never told them they pressured me for payment- So responding to non-existent complaint. Standard face-saving, gaslighting technique.I repeat, stay away from them. Horrendous customer service. If you want good client service talk to people who have working phone numbers. I am glad rating is now at 3.5 stars and going down. Thumbs down.
5 Stars – Excellent Service!I recently used Quick Car Moving Company to transport my vehicle from Moncton to toronto, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the initial quote to the final delivery, everything was handled with professionalism, transparency, and care. The team was punctual, communicative, and made sure I was informed at every step of the process.I Dropped off my car in moncton on monday June 9th, the car arrived in toronto on june 11th and i picked it up on june 12th. My car arrived in perfect condition and even earlier than expected. What really stood out was how easy and stress-free they made the whole process. If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy car moving company, I highly recommend Quick Car Moving Company. They truly live up to their name!
Giving 1 stars cause there is no mechanism to give 0 stars. Poor management, no communication, made false promises and had no idea where the car was. Stay away. Was promised delivery in 14-17 days from Calgary to NB. Handed car over to them on 26 Mar in Calgary, there was no rep from the company. Big red flag, only a security guard of the CN rail was there. He had no idea who the company was. The work was contracted to another moving company. Car was not moved for 10 days!! 6th Apr car moved on to a train to Scarborough, reached Scarborough on 10th. Car was parked in Scarborough for 15 days!! There was no communication from the company. They never picked up any calls. Always found voicemail. They did not respond to emails. After repeated emails they finally responded, promised delivery on 22 Apr. When 22 Apr came and left, they said delivery will be on 24th, all the while I could see the car was still in Toronto as my car had a tracker. They failed to communicate driver contact or the contact of their dispatch Had to threaten them with a police report of car theft to get a response. When they finally replied, turns out they had contracted out this part of the delivery to another third party. I was able to reach the trucking company and get a gps tracker for the truck and finally got delivery of my car on 27th Apr, a full month after I had handed them over my car. They took 31 days for delivery, 13-16 days more than the initial promise. I had to incur so much costs in meanwhile.More than the delay the poor communication and lack of updates from the company hurt.
