I regret not checking reviews or the refund policy before ordering. What I received does not match the quality images in their advertising. It's cheap, shiny, and the 'quilting' doesn't match the design. Refunds are only given for damaged products, and even then not at full price. What a waste of $70.
I ordered a table runner and was let down by what I received. The design was distorted. When I requested a refund, they denied it and quoted their policy. They don't support their products. Avoid ordering if you expect a refund. Once they have your money, they don't care. Their claim of 'made to order' is misleading. The table runner was defective in appearance, but they don't consider that a reason for a return.
Please, do NOT buy anything from this company, everything is a scam.The items are NOT quilted, is just PRINTED a quilt-stich design in a cheap fabric, also they added to my order an extra napkins ($90.00) and charged Organic package, Insurance, and TIPS ! (unbelievable!) without my authorization.I complained and asked to refund my money, but they don't want to refund the order. Of course because it's a scam.Please be aware of my nightmare experience.Everything is trash.My order# QTN343xxTerrible, terrible.
I would rate a zero star if I could. This company blatantly misrepresents the quality of their products. I paid $45 for a tree skirt due to the quality shown when ordering, the advertised product shows intricate stitching with raised fabrics creating a 3D like effect, the product I got was obviously very cheaply made, a completely flat product with basic cheap stitching and zero 3D effects. I wouldn’t have paid $10 for this had I known what I was actually getting. I reached out for a refund and it was denied due to their return policy stating there may be up to a 20% variation in quality and even screenshotted that part and sent it with their denial. This is no where close to a 20% variation, more like a 200% variation, a totally different product than what is advertised. They are literally just scamming you and sending an automatic denial on any refunds Do not buy anything from this company
The package arrived and when I opened it, it looked true to the picture. The table runner is very nice. The tracking could be improved by immediately emailing front door delivery pics. (I had to go back and forth with customer service until I was directed to a separate shipping website. )
My involvement with this company was very positive. Item came as described. After reading negative reviews, I was concerned that we had been scammed. I wrote to the company at the email address on the website. We received a response the next day, and the item arrived two days later. Everything was good. I have no explanation for the negative reviews that pop up, but our experience was very positive.
