The representative was incredibly supportive. Being located far away, he sent several videos to provide a thorough view of the car we were interested in. He also offered a fair trade-in value for my vehicle. He maintained communication throughout the week to arrange a finance package that fit our budget. By the time we picked up the car, it was all ready with new brake pads and tires. We drove it away within an hour.

My point of contact was a pleasure to deal with. After the test drive, he didn’t pressure me to make a quick decision. The trade-in offer was fair and he took care of the minor work needed on the vehicle. Upon collection, it was fully cleaned. When looking into the extended warranty, the representative did additional research to find a more cost-effective option for me directly, which showed they prioritize the customer. The only minor issue was the original key was misplaced, but it was securely sent to me once found. The car drives wonderfully, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership or buy from them again.
