I would have rated zero starts. The product malfunctioned and there was an electrical fire with smok

I would have rated zero starts. The product malfunctioned and there was an electrical fire with smoke coming from the bottom. If I had not been using the short juice function-3 minutes- I may not have been close enough to unplug it and get it out of the house. I want a full refund.

DO NOT BUY - it’s a piece of garbage

This juicer is absolute crap and I really wish I had done my homework before getting one. I will be trying to return it but from what I read I won’t have much luck. Save yourself the agitation and DO NOT BUY this product!

The product does not work and the advertising is mis-representative.

The product does not work - it has no on / off switch. There is a Cancel indicator but that doesn't work. Thhe soymilk functionality - and it is marketed primarily as a soymilk maker - at least that's what the sticker says on the bottom of the unit - is not functional, the timer doesn't work, it routinely overheats and comes out the top - the only way to stop that is to unplug the unit.It is marketed as a Canadian product made by two men looking to build a better 'mousetrap' for blending juices and nut milks. The website is a clear indication that is not the fact. The retail valuation is set at over 300$ with a 'discounting' to 185$ which is what I paid, without hesitation because I like to support Canadian made. It is now on sale at 139$, probably because the same product is being sold on Amazon at that price. I have tried to get a response from this company many times to date - merely requesting another unit thinking I might have one that is defective. But I sense not - I think it is the product deficiency in general. Buyer beware - this is yet another clear indication of why shopping through social sites is so unreliable at least and at best dangerous.

BEWARE INSTAGRAM SCAM

BEWARE INSTAGRAM SCAM. False branding and advertising for the Quivor Nutmilk maker. None of the pictures on website are of the same product. Some pictures show different company names including the box, all images of product have different buttons and functions. Even the ones I received. Shows the company brand to be Soymilk on the box. No options for nut milk even though they advertise specific for nutmilk. No company name or logo on product. They only use a Gmail email account. They took a cheap old company product, rebranded, and significantly increased the price. They offer money back guarantee but only 70% but then never give you the refund back so you remain at a loss on the product and financially. All lies to lead you on. False banding and advertising for a sale is a crime.

The product doesn’t work at all

The product doesn’t work at all. There is no phone number for customer service support and email responses take over 24 hours to respond. Their fictitious website states free returns with full refund yet after explaining that the product doesn’t work and requesting a shipping waybill they stated they would refund 30 percent and to keep the product (it was apparently too costly to ship back). I advised I would be reporting them as a scam. Do not purchase!!

Scam - Fake TrustPilot reviews.

Instagram ad focused business. Displays non-existing "TrustPilot" ads on their site. Product is listed on a big sale, but I found the exact same item made by KIDISLE for a fraction of their sale price.
