I ordered what I thought was Judy Blue shorts. Instead, I received generic shorts with blank tag on back. I contacted them and they wouldn't refund my money. I know they came from China as I watched through shipping. I am very dissatisfied and I hope I can save other people from ordering from this company. They are frauds.
Received a pair of generic Jean shorts with a “blank” label on the back.Advertised to be Judy Blues Shorts !!! Shipping took forever. These jeans looked more like $10 shorts from Temu ! False advertisement not stretchy Judy Blue Shorts like in picture/video AT ALL !!!! Don’t waist your time or money ordering from this company. Wish someone would warned me !
Total scam, they advertised Judy blue dad shorts. What what arrived was a fake knock off the tag on the back didn’t even have a name on it. I ordered a medium. They usually fit good these are way too big. Contacted the company and ask for a refund as they definitely were not Judy blue jeans. They looked horrible on. Honestly they look like somebody took an old pair of jeans and just cut them off and took a brown leather patch and sold it on the back everybody I show these shorts too couldn’t believe it and said don’t wear them. They’re terrible. Contacted them told them faults advertising and they are too big. They asked for a picture so I sent a picture of them then they asked for video And said they needed proof of defect. I sent out three emails one stating there was no defect it was false advertising in the end. They sent an email saying they’ve had lots of positive reviews. There was nothing wrong with what I received. It is what I was ordered and they could help me no further scam do not buy from them
If I could give zero stars I would. This company claims to sell Judy Blue shorts but the shorts you receive are counterfeit. They claim to be a company in the US but it’s China. They false advertise stealing pics of models wearing Judy Blue. When I tried to email them for a refund they wouldn’t respond. Luckily I purchased through PayPal and was able to file a dispute. They responded to PayPal and I was able to get a partial refund. I could have pushed it for a full refund but I didn’t. I immediately received the partial refund. Steer clear of this company!!! They are scammers.
Fraud company. Selling Jean shirts as Judy Blue brand that are not Judy Blue. Sent me shorts advertised as Judy Blue high waisted Bermuda shorts and they are some cheap short shorts with no name label. When disputed they told PayPal I had to pay return fees and gave Vietnam address that would cost $38 to return shirts I paid $40 for. When write to complain they say not Judy Blue they just call them Judy Blue and can’t help if same name as some other company. Said they sent what I ordered. They are not what I ordered, can’t wear shirt shirts at my age. Scam from tic tic or Facebook where I saw add for shorts.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a pair of shorts. They don't fit. Instead of them, giving me the information to return them and get a different size. She wants to go back and forth about arguing that I ordered the right size. I sent pictures in a video showing her that you do not fit. Horrible customer service.I do not recommend buying from them.
